The course covers sophisticated tasting methodology, optimizing drink quality, managing others, developing brew recipes and beverage menus, and mastering latte art and milk steaming techniques. It also delves into advanced espresso variables, water chemistry, and bar management.

Prerequisites for this course include completion foundation and Barista Intermediate courses.
